I have never in my life had to deal with a business as incompetent as this. I have never had a place impact my life in such a negative way, and it is so frustrating because everyone I know hates this place because of the same issues and there is absolutely nothing that we can do about it. I've always remained hopeful, but they continue to surprise me by managing to get worse as time goes on.
Put a mail package in the mailbox with flag UP for RETURN with prepaid postage l 3xpected it to be picked up and mailed ...they left it with the flag up only to find the piece of mail received sild beside it in the mailbox....i will deffinently call and complain and when i drove across town to put the package in their inside package drop box they had it latched shut....how is one to deliver a return package and they wont have their package drop box open.....hmmmm

Not only were these ladies rude but had zero intention on helping me mail paintings wrapped in bubble wrap and two layers of postal wrapping paper but laughed at the idea that it wouldn't make it there and continued with the transaction! I asked them to find me a box which seemed to be the last thing she wanted to do. I will never return to this post office. ALSO when someone thanks you for your service, you're suppose to say you're welcome.
