In response to a Google review of McElroy Recreational Sales, our company has always strived to conduct excellent customer service and we feel we've succeeded. That is unless one counts our one Google review from a "John Smith." But our records for the past 13 years indicate no customer by that name and no one here remembers a customer by any name so upset. If "John" would identify his or herself and explain to us what's wrong, perhaps we could correct the issue. Until that happens, it's difficult to provide customer service to an unidentified person with an unknown problem. Monte McElroy
