Visit Lake Shelbyville. With many public beaches around the lake you can't go wrong here. Boat rentals are available at Lithia Springs Marina. From houseboats fishing boats and pontoon boats. They've even go to Party barge.

Only 5$ a car load, great sand beach. Two depts of water roped off and very clean. Shelters and shower house on site as well!

Beach is closed ): it's only september.
